Duke Blue Devil Cake


Duke Blue Devil Cake, originally uploaded by bakers-cakes.

This cake was created for a Duke alum and inspired by a 1981 Duke/UNC football game poster. It is an Almond Cake with Almond Buttercream Frosting, and topped with rolled fondant. Let the hate mail begin.

    This cake is a call to all Tar Heel's to place their order for a kick ass UNC cake! (I also thought it was fortuitous and witty that the Ram Chop Special was "today only," I guess we'll allow it for one day on Courtney's Birthday!)
