Marble Cupcake with Swiss Meringue Buttercream

After a couple little tweaks to yesterday's recipe for marble cake, I definitely nailed it today! It's moist, delicious, and perfectly marbled! I also tried a Vanilla Swiss Meringue Buttercream Frosting. If you prefer a light, buttery, airy frosting, that isn't too sweet and melts in your mouth, Swiss Meringue Buttercream is the frosting for you! I am also loving our new cupcake wrappers from Confectionary House!

  1. Perfectly marbled - that's what I always have trouble with. And yes, most of my clients love the Swiss Meringue too.
