Carrot Cake Cupcakes!

I whipped up these Carrot Cake Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting for a Teacher Luncheon at school today:

The carrot toppers are marzipan, definitely the tastiest of all toppers! The almond flavor is a perfect compliment to the Carrot Cake Cupcakes!

  2. Jenny, marzipan is SO yummy and as easy (if not easier to work with) as fondant, but it costs about $7 for 7oz, so I use it sparingly! I can NOT wait to see the wedding cake that you are working on! It sounds like it's going to be huge!!!
