Carrot Cake Cupcakes!

I whipped up these Carrot Cake Cupcakes with White Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting for a Teacher Luncheon at school today:


The carrot toppers are marzipan, definitely the tastiest of all toppers! The almond flavor is a perfect compliment to the Carrot Cake Cupcakes!

    Seriously yum! I haven't tried marzipan yet...I have to get on that!

    Jenny, marzipan is SO yummy and as easy (if not easier to work with) as fondant, but it costs about $7 for 7oz, so I use it sparingly! I can NOT wait to see the wedding cake that you are working on! It sounds like it's going to be huge!!!

    they look like really yummy carrots, marzipan would definitely win in the taste department over fondant!
